• Eligibility for Returns: You may return unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all tags, manuals, and parts included.

• Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, customized/personalized equipment, and items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, opened yoga mats and sweatbands cannot be returned unless defective.

• Defective or Damaged Goods: If your equipment arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra shipping cost to you.

• Process: To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number. Once approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the item was defective).

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
